توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق SwapMarket وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنتِ توافقين على هذه السياسة.
• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (اختياري)، المدينة والدولة.
• الموقع: إحداثيات GPS (إن سمحتِ) لعرض الأغراض القريبة وحساب المسافة من موقعك المحفوظ.
• رمز الإشعارات (Push token) لجهازك لإرسال التنبيهات.
• محتوى التطبيق: أغراضك المعروضة وصورها، المقايضات، الرسائل داخل المقايضة، رصيد النقاط ومعاملاتها.
• تشغيل الخدمة: عرض الأغراض القريبة، إتمام المقايضات، إدارة النقاط.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بمقايضاتك ورسائلك.
• عرض الإعلانات داخل التطبيق.
• تحسين الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال.
• Supabase: استضافة قاعدة البيانات والخوادم.
• Google AdMob: لعرض الإعلانات (قد تستخدم معرّفات الجهاز).
• خدمة Expo للإشعارات: لتوصيل التنبيهات.
• لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة.
• استخدام الموقع اختياري ويُطلب إذنك أولاً.
• يُستخدم لعرض الأغراض القريبة وحساب المسافة المعروضة في البروفايل (تُحسب من موقعك المحفوظ، وليس موقعك اللحظي).
• يمكنك إيقاف إذن الموقع من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.
• نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط.
• يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق (البروفايل ← حذف الحساب)، وعندها تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية.
نتّخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك، لكن لا يمكن ضمان أمان تام لأي نقل عبر الإنترنت.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون السن القانونية، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
• قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.

This policy explains what data the SwapMarket app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using the app you agree to this policy.
• Account data: name, email, phone (optional), city and country.
• Location: GPS coordinates (if allowed) to show nearby items and compute distance from your saved location.
• Your device push token to send notifications.
• App content: your listed items and photos, swaps, in-swap messages, points balance and transactions.
• Operating the service: showing nearby items, completing swaps, managing points.
• Sending notifications related to your swaps and messages.
• Showing in-app ads.
• Improving the service and preventing fraud.
• Supabase: database and server hosting.
• Google AdMob: to show ads (may use device identifiers).
• Expo push service: to deliver notifications.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• Location use is optional and requires your permission.
• It is used to show nearby items and compute the distance shown on profiles (computed from your saved location, not your live location).
• You can disable location permission from device settings anytime.
• We keep your data while your account is active.
• You can permanently delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete account); your personal data is then deleted.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure.
The app is not directed to children under the legal age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
• We may update this policy; continued use means you accept the updated version.
